Domestic orders (USA) will arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the date your order was placed. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $30. For faster delivery, we're happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm CST, weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Viter Energy will contact you if the items you have selected are not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

If you don’t love your Viter Energy order let us know and we’ll fix it or refund your purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact us for additional information.

We ship worldwide. International orders will be delivered in 10-30 business days after your order has shipped. Shipping charges do not include any country specific import duties or taxes. Duty rates vary by country and are paid before receiving the package. If you need to determine your local customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, insurance, etc. we suggest contacting your local customs facilities and inquire with them for the total charges of your package. International Shipping charges will not be refunded.
